These extensions will fit KUSA or pp19 mags. These will also work on puffmag polymer mags with little to no fitting, However, Puffmag uses weaker springs in their mag and may cause feed issue during fullauto firing. It is recommended to used Standard KUSA mags or use KUSA magazine spring inside the puffmags.
